BOXING CROSS-TRAINING FOR ATHLETES

Summer 2007 intesified boxing cross-training camp for athletes.
Boxing technique, explosive power, balance, footwork, eye-hand coordination and core strength are all part of the serious boxing workout.
Train like a boxer and see new levels of athletic performance this fall season
